I myself am not a bad driver, though im not safety obsessive. I passed the water patrol test and got my card so im legal. Usually I am the desiganted driver. I amaze some people with how well I can dock the boat. My dad even admits im a better driver sometimes. He doesn't trust me with a car yet though. LOL

How long did it take you to get your license? Was it on the net or where?

Took me longer than I like to admit to figure it out.
OK, ok i'll admit to being guilty of this one a couple times as well. You'd think you'd remember the first time it happened and check it huh? Nope!

i'm guilty of it to raz. i laod and unload and a couple of times i have left it in gear to keep pressure on and just shutt off the key once everythings good. the next time we go out i forget and turn the key and get nothing. it always takes me a second to remember whats wrong. duh

I am guilty of that also along with leaving Pefect pass on set at 21. Pick up the last rider and going to head back to the ramp. Boat maxes out at 21. Back to nuetral, turn perfect pass off and all the others in the group are getting to the ramp to pull out 1st.
                      Let it be!!!

I had an outboard on my bass boat and you have to push the key in to start it (choke) and I for some reason forgot this when I was about 1/2 mile out from the ramp and couldn't get the motor to start. I used the trolling motor to go a 1/2 mile back to the ramp to load the boat at 1mph and then I figured it out.

ok picture this. I got my wife and her two hot friends (of course not has hot as my wife.....just in case she reads this ) waiting at the beach for me to come pick them up in my 84 supra (commonly referred to as a tank). Needless to say as I'm lauching I am a bit preoccupied and exited to go pick them up at the beach. Add to this, I'm launching by myself and the ramp is pretty busy.

So I drop the boat in the water, walk it around to the other side of the dock and tie it off, and go park the truck (had to park it about 500 yards away)

I get back to the boat, hop in fire it up and start off. As I was letting the engine warm up and about 500 feet from the dock I notice the bilge pump is running....and running....and running. I looked down and the carpet around the engine compartment is wet. I lifted the engine cover and there was water up to to the top of the bilge!! I realized that the plug was still sitting in the cup holder where I kept it. At this point I've all but forgotten about the bikinis, and just want to get the boat out of the water.

I get back to the ramp just as a guy pulls his boat out, so I all but beached it on the ramp, jumped out, ran got the truck, budged in line...pissed off a lot of people, and got the boat back up on the trailer. Took a good 20 mins to drain/pump out the bilge.

Needless to say, I never admitted to the wife or the hot chicks what took me so long to come get them

Now I have a Tigé that the plug never comes out of
