Hmm..thats strange, not sure what it could be then. I'll have to look further in to this.

spharis, the emai that is being returned is from the "Subscribe to Thread" action. There is another member who is getting a high rate of returned mail as well.

I could look at the headers but I have never really been able to read where the problem is at.

If the email is actually being returned form his mail server, then the only info you will get will be in the message header. What mail client do you use, Matt? Outlook, OE, etc, etc?
