On a side note, I just picked up a Jetta TDI for a daily driver/commute to Houston (170 mi. one way) car. I'm very impressed. 44 Mpg and the thing takes off like a rocket. All-in-all, a very nice car for the money. Nothing like driving 75 miles around town (combo of freeway/stop-n-go) and finding that distance to empty is still 510 miles on a 14 gal tank.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

BTW, if anyone subscribes to podcasts on iTunes, there's a really good one called Drive that reviews cars. In the last few weeks, there's a really interesting interview with Maximum Bob (not sure of his last name) who's in charge of products at GM. He talks about the concept behind the Chevy Volt which is due out within the next year or two. Very interesting concept. I have to say I'm impressed.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."
