Who else is seeing gas and people going crazy

Gas has Jumped 50cents over night, thank god we topped off last night, and now people are lining up down the street waiting to get into the gas stations with the cheapest gas. It's so bad that cops are directing traffic flow.

This is absolute that this is happening. These F'n anchor peeps, weather peeps and Speculators should be hung be the short hairs for creating this frenzy.

Gas rose about 8 cents throughout yesterday, we filled up at $3.61, it's over $4 at many stations and the lines are long at the ones still below $4.

Not seeing the lines here (yet), but the price increase is crazy, gas can go up .30 over night but it never goes down that fast.......

OPEC cut production by 500,000 barrels per day the day after oil fell below 102. The hurricanes aren't having an effect, OPEC's is

$3.19?!?!?!? Holy Crap! It still hasn't dropped below $3.69 here! The cheapest diesel is still $4.05 and around my neighborhood it's still $4.35. I guess you get cheap gas as a bonus for living in a crappy part of the country!

They had to shut down a few oil refineries due to the hurricane. That will make them jump. I paid $5.09gal on the lake Labor Day weekend.

The shouldn't be shut down for all that long.

Those refineries are probably already back online, that's a lot of $$$ they lose when they shut down.

They made up for it here on Friday, before they closed, by raising wholesale prices by a dollar a gallon and creating a panic. Oh, the media helped in that panic as well, thanks, I dont know how we would have survived with out their help

Some Gas is $96.00 a barrel but prices are still high.

We had two gas stations selling gas at $1.99 for an hour. They had to increase the price per gallon because the word got out and created traffic jams. The Lincoln Police Department wasn't happy.

But that's for "October delivery"! Wholesale gas is $2.59 a gallon I'm just trying to figure out why Colorado is charging so much more...

And the oil companies have record profits. However, there's no correlation between the two.
