this sux $140 to fill the boat. the wife about chit a twinky when i told her (my mistake there) but she would have seen it at the end of the month anyhow. i hate to say it but if it gets much worse i will have to cut back on my trips to the lake. we are already feeling the crunch because we both comute long distances for work. i dont think its going to get any better anytime soon or ever so im kinda bummed and sorta pissed about the whloe deal. i really think the american public is being abused.

My tow vehicle is a 07 Silverado 2500 gets 13 mpg and it belongs to my company. Good thing I don't have to pay for the gas. Now if I could just figure out how to use the gas card for the boat and not get fired I would be set.

I have not filled the new boat up for the first time yet and I am scared to.

I paid $3.85 a gallon this morning to fill up the wifes Honda Pilot.

Well here in Orange Co. Calif you can find a number of stations with Diesel over 4.79 a gallon and the is a Mobil in Irvine at 4.99 a gallon. This is insane. Watch your products go up in price some more!

Well folks.....Diesel is now $5.05 a gallon in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. and a year ago it was 20 cents less than 87 unleaded.

Diesel at the station near my home is $4.73. I figure we will be at $5.00 in the next few weeks. My trip to Yellowstone in July is going to cost me a fortune in fuel to get there but it will be well worth it.

There are actually a number of things that can and likely will be done about it, the question is when and at what price....

I hope we all survive until that point and when that point (of backstop technology) is hit, we wont have to change out our engines or heavily mod them to deal with what is coming...

Diesel at Chevron near my home is now $4.85, up from $4.73 two days ago. Can you say HELLO $5.00. It is amazing how fast the price of crude has jumped in the last three months.

$3.99 for regular at Chevron.
$4.09 for Plus at Chevron
$4.29 for Premium at Chevron..............

The Mercedes is gonna have to start drinking regular, and she better like it
