2wd....nada has it valued at 17 average dealer retail, which is what they were originally asking.

Mine is a 2wd. I expected more towing from what everyone else says on different sites, unless they all are padding there numbers.

Who knows, maybe my trailer brakes never release.
      Let it be!!!

Don't forget the 6.0. Regular 1500 this was not an Option and the Option of the 4:10 gears

Good point Jim. This truck fill a gap for people who need more grunt than a 1500 1/2ton but dont want to drop the cash for a 2500HD

not my diesel, I get 15mpg loaded with 6k on the trailer. Towing my boat it's 16mpg. I get 18 unloaded. This is pure stock no chips, programmers etc.

But with a Diesel your paying about .30 more a gallon and average about 5k premium in cost.

Well, I bought it. 33000 miles clean clean. I drove 125 miles on the first quarter tank. Tank is 32 gallon I think? That's about on par with my 5.7 tahoe.

Hope to pull the boat somewhere this weekend. We'll see. I'll try and snap some pics. I need some new tires for the trailer though. I know the ones on it are at their weight limit of 1760*2
