oh yeah, I think I said oh my god, just because Ithought one of them was dead! that was what scared me the most!

now to make things worse, I leave the dog at my kennel and vet, and she chews the other toe off last night since they didn't keep her muzzled. Joy, everytime I leave her alone she costs me five bills. Anyone wanna watch a weim for me?

not sure what's going on, been discussing this with my uncle who is a vet too. There isn't much we can do right now, but if she keeps nibbling i may have to put her down.

well she came out of her hopefully last surgury yesterday. Gung ho and happy as ever. She acts like nothing is wrong. Time will tell now if she will heal up and be ok. I think she will, just going to take a few months

Is there a way to keep her "entertained" when in the kennel? Got a spare cat around?

As far as boots, get in touch with the Teton Valley Mountain Rescue unit. They are over in Jackson Hole/Grand Targhee area. I was just out there skiing and they had all their dogs out on the mtn practicing. I know they had boots on em to keep their feet from frostbite. Probably any mountain rescue group would know where to get stuff.

She did it cuz she had some nerve damage due to a stroke is the best we can tell/figure it out.

interesting. I'll check those out. I want her to be able to run with me again, she loved it more then anything in the world, no point in doing it now though, still have months of healing before I can even think about putting a boot on her.
