What happened???

Long story short, The dog you see in the kennal (Silver Weimaraner) had some nerve damage in her left rear paw due to eating some poison and then having some blood in the brain.

We think what happed was she started to get sensation back in it, and therefor it started to scratch or itch. She started to chew and well, you see what happened.

Believe it or not I have the house spotless now and you wouldn't even know it happened. Only took me about 20 hours of elbow grease.

Man I feel for you.

I had a Cocker spaniel that had some severe issues, Skin, Mental, joint. etc.

We had to put her down because she just wreaked herself like that all the time. Not quite as bad though.

chewed the meat off of three toes, left one and we cut the toes on the three and left the other one, so she is doing much much better

This is the first time I have had any problem with my dogs, and it's all cuz of the poison they got into.

What type of poison did they get into???????????????????? That is scary looking!!!!!! I have NO CLUE what I would do coming home to that! I'm glad to hear she is ok!

I'd probably throw up then tell the wife to take care of HER dog.....lol Go outside crack a beer and have a smoke untill she's finished

they got into rat poison three weeks earlier. Didn't catch them in time, and didn't think they ate as much as they did, so the younger one is fine, the older one I didn't get to the vet in time so had the complications.
