I teach at Esperenza High School in Southern California. I have been teaching for 13 years now. I teach Earth Science and PE. I am the Defensive Coordinator for the Varsity football team and also coach frosh/soph throwers in track and field. I coached frosh / soph wrestling for 5 years but 3 sports was too much. My wife makes all of the money allowing me to have a sweet hobby like boating and coaching. If you ever get board here is our football web site

I spent about 15 years turning wrenches on cars. Good money but a damn hard way to make it. The last nine years were in a large GM dealer where I worked 2 years as Asst Manager. 4 years ago, my wife and I had the opportunity to purchace the Allstate agency that she had managed for 6 years. I left the repair business, got my insurance license and went to work for the wife (like she wasn't already my boss ) I also taught Auto Repair for a post secondary school with a racing theme. Right now, I work part time buying and selling used cars whole saleMikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

Technically i'm a graphics and web designer for a large wireless communications company in the California Central Valley, you know, the one that has the death star as a logo! Been with them 7 years now and i seem to spend more of my time project managing and supporting than designing anything . I work from home so it's easy to get on these forums and chat with all the other bums! LOL!"Call me anything you want ... Just don't call me NOBODY!

I'm CTO & EVP at a venture-backed software company (so basically a software entrepreneur). With the exception of a 7 year stint at the company that Moki now works for, I've been doing start-ups in and around the Austin, TX area for the past 21 years.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

What I Do For A Living
I have been involved with computers for 38 years doing software development. I now do web applications and provide IT support for my organization. I work for a non-profit organization with only 10 people.
I am currently at the bottom of the food chain and have no chance for moving further up the ladder. I have managed a datacenter for a larger credit union and commercial banks. It was not worth the toll on my free time. It is not fun to get paged when you are out boating and have to terminate the day. There is more than one pager in the bottom of Watts Bar Lake.
Now my weekends and evenings are my own, no pressure at the job, and I could not care care less about moving up on the status ladder. Life is too short to spend it working.
I also do photography, weddings, special events, layouts for magazines, etc. Sort of the Larry, Daryl, and Daryl approach to photography; "Anthing for a buck". I do photography because I enjoy it and will never do it full time as it then becomes a job.
The water is good 7 months out of the year in East Tennessee. I have a job that lets me enjoy the time on the water.Ray Thompson
