I got a surprise last evening. Me and the Girlfriend were at one of our lake neighbor's places last night when my ex-wife showed up. It seemed awkward at first, and then things were cool, as the girls were able to start visiting and having what appeared to be a reasonably good time visiting.

Then my ex's new husband pulled me aside and asked me about some things he had been hearing. Turns out one of my other "buddies" (?) has been less than nice about fabricating comments and conversations and sharing them with the ex. I have some a$$-chewing left still to do today...

All under the pretty face facade, the ex was super pi$$ed and on the verge of explosion... The GF and I ended up having a pretty long discussion with the ex and her new husband about things, and working to repair the damage that the other "buddy" has apparently caused.
