Well, the dealer said that they would help me sell it. However, they have 07 boats that they need to sell first and they are not selling. So, they are not pushing to sell my boat as much as I wish they would. If they were to purchase my boat, they would offer way under what I want them to offer me and I am already taking a huge hit on the boat as it is. But, financially, we can afford to keep two boats for this year but will put a strain on us but can be done. Next year we might be able to make a profit on the 24Ve in stead of a loss...

Wouldn't you rather drop the price of the boat like 6k and sell it now? Again I don't know the particulars of your deal, but I would want to unload that boat asap. That is unless I didn't put any money down on the 24Ve, and was upside down. If that is the case then I totally understand (that is how I am with my Tahoe right now, I want to sell it but I am upside down).

We are upside down on the 24Ve... I have $10k sitting in a bank right now waiting for someone to purchase it. If I lower it more, I have to find the money somewhere and that won't be easy. But, I can still go down another $2k if need be. We are planning to do that in June anyways... Ops, I didn't say that.

Maybe I will get my 24Ve out and call Surfdad to test it out for a weekend to see what he thinks. Since he is looking at new boats..... hum... However, I hate to throw a sale onto someone.

With gas prices the way they are, perhaps a moped is in order for the Sparky household. I towed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday no more than 45miles each way to the lakes and rivers here in Oregon and blew through almost $200 in tow fuel........ My burban needs a tune up I think, that is some crappy gas mileage for an 8.1L rig....
