You know that is one good looking boat, and anyone should be proud to have and use her, but I have owned Chris Craft's and, well, seems like everyone has a Chris Craft....
There are a few Chris Craft boat models I would die to have, but in general, and as wood boats go, much of the Chris Craft boats we see were built in such volume and they are so utilitarian as to compare them to Bayliner or Glastron....
I know that sounds like sacrilege, and it is in a way, but I have ended up leaning towards the more obscure brands, if only for their uniqueness...
I've got an 86 CC Catalina 381 I'll make you a deal on

Well, glad that you looked at it for one. I am definitely not in the market for another boat for at least 5-10 years.
Intesting that you said that they are like the bayliners of that type of boat.
The Chris Craft Cavalier models were very inexpensive... Plywood hulls, as much vinyl as possible over as much surface as possible, all to minimize construction time and cost. They were expected to last only 6 years, or less...
It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....

Only 6 years. That would suck but again they are a lot cheaper in price compared to my boat.
Something tells me you think I have more trailer than I really do.....
