I did and that is how I pulled my stomach muscles.

A little afraid to do that again and land myself in the hospital. Actually, my problem is bent knees. I am 110% of that one.

Work was busy... Too many meetings since today was the first day back since last Tuesday. But I got a lot of things done around the house.
