All you need is a switch on each door, a Glass Break in each major room with windows, and a Motion in each grounf floor hallway and one motion watching the stairs/hallway on the 2nd level. Inside and outside siren.

A good alarm guy can mask the lens and set the trip sensitivity on the motions.
