            I was actually thinking about it last night looking at the snow!

            I was planning on moving the pumps higher than the sack, that may also stop the sack from emptying.

                      The problem with that is you wont be able to drain all the water unless you put a check valve in the vent line.

                            So true. You will be sucking air. On my friends boat he had the fill/drain line on top closest to the transom. This way he can drain most of the water out of the sac. He needs to be moving to force most of the water to the rear of the sac
