my shoulder hurts from playing baseball my whole life

I have thrown my arm out so many times that I play catcher now... It's funny because the new players always look at me and think "he can't play... He's the catcher" and then they get told by the other players that it's not the case... I have just moved in because I am getting old and don't want to work that much to get the ball into the infield.

See, old dogs can learn new tricks... But again, the 9:30 PM games sucked because I would throw my arm out and have to go home and ice it.... Wouldn't get to sleep until 2 AM because it hurt too much...
