I hit the scales at 226 the other day.... I am down finally almost 15 I think since roughly Jan 1...

You can really tell that you lost weight.... Great job!!!! Not to mention you stopped smoking also.... You probably feel better about yourself also.

Back in the US. Tired as all crap as I could not sleep. Recurring theme around here. My old pedestal is 9 inches in height and was too short for me so I bought a 18 inch and cut it down to 15 inches. I have not installed it yet but have decided to go with a manually adjustable pedestal that goes from 12 - 17 inches.

Will sell at good price. It is a Garelick ribbed pedestal
