The Tsumani is cheaper but takes 2 to make it fill and empty the sack
How are you venting all 3 sacs? through the bilge through hull? You may need to check-valve it and the 3 vent lines.
I dont want to sound like i'm knocking the setup, just real curious how you guys are doing it with out putting any holes in the boat!Last edited by chpthril; 03-28-2008, 09:46 PM.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

I won't have to use any Ts of check valves. I only need one hose going in and one out for the vent. The other advantage is that the pumps are self priming pumps. But I am sure your system works just as good and probably a lot faster than my will.

Mine really wont be much faster at all, I chose to go with the cheaper of the Tsunamis for cost reasons. I'm not in that big of a hurry that I need to fill sacs in 2.3 seconds or something. No doubt your system wil work great.
There is no single correct/best way to build a ballast system. I've already found a few things on mine that I would do differently if (when, I hope) I do another. I hope to add Ballast and other accessories to my list of services along with stereo installs. Next year I hope.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
