This week, I have been working the upper body a lot working on that sailboat, so I have not done the weight training, but I have doubled the cardio to like 45 minutes three to four times in the last week..
the cardio increase seems to have fueled the weight loss to kick back in..
calories in, calories out... Increase the second one, you lose weight....
