That's how I am loosing my as well.
I do weight training every morning for 50 minutes.
I also run 3 miles every night before bed.
I use to have trouble sleeping, now when I get to bed it only takes 5 minutes for me to be dreaming... I love it.The laughter of the world is merely loneliness pathetically trying to reassure itself. - Neal A. Maxwell
