That's how I am loosing my as well.

I do weight training every morning for 50 minutes.

I also run 3 miles every night before bed.

I use to have trouble sleeping, now when I get to bed it only takes 5 minutes for me to be dreaming... I love it.

I can't stay without it. I have to work extra hard on the gym to be able to eat it.

What kind of diet are you doing?
Reduced food intake, taking supplements (chromium, ...), and a walk around the block once in awhile. Not to mention I do not eat carbs like rice, pasta, bread, ... I can have some carbs but they are the carbs that are easily digested.

I don't drink, but my dad did and he had the hardest time stopping. I still remember when I was little what he when through to give it up.

I hear ya. But what I have done is bought some Brazilian Nuts and those aren't bad. But they don't have any salt.

Is this the South beach diet? I did that one a few months ago, lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks, but I could not keep it off.
