I am confused. Are you saying that the diet forbids all wheat products?

Yes, no wheat products. I haven't eaten bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Those foods have carbs that I have taken out of my diet.

I have tried carb limiting in the past, and that alone works pretty well...

I have found a whole wheat bread with garlic and herb though that is good in the soluble fiber department, and it is SO good....

I am eating a lot of salads with vinegar (apple cider vinegar) and oil (linseed oil). The beer of friday was happy hour so I wanted to drink some but I had a nice buzz from drinking since I lost weight and I was a cheap date.
