        Don't understand why I do somewhat okay on social but when it comes to teams, I suck arse. Will be online around 4 PM today with the kids. Well, at least with mustsk8.... Dumpy has lacross practice and then goes to church so he won't be online until 9 PM at the earliest.

              Things are reasonable. I have a meeting I am beig called into somewhewre between 10:30 and 11:00. Then lunch, and I will probably runa little road trip down to one of our manufacturer's dealers this afternoon to do a little research.

                I started my diet this week. Have no clue what the name of the diet is but it's working so far. Maybe a little too fast on the weight lose so far. Since Monday, I have lost 6.5 lbs. Now, I think I was at 197 before I started but again, not sure. So, that means 3.25 lbs per day so far.

                  I have been down as much as 10, but I am exercising my a$$ off. Today, I can tell you I feel fat; seems like I am about 4 pounds back up too.

                          I guess... My GF is making my breakfast, lunch and dinners so I really don't know what is involved at this time. I just know that I have lost some weight which is what I wanted to do and I haven't exercised at all. My only concern is when the diet is over since rapid weight lose has a tendency to return.

                            I was joking with my GF last night. I said I was not so conerned about the 4 pounds, since muscle was a lot heavier than fat, and I had gained a ton.... I said I was getting HUGE muscles. She looked at me and just laughed.....

                                I do need to get to <=170 lbs... So, I have another 21 lbs to go. The way this is going, it should take me 3 weeks.
