Well, stress is a hugh cause for a lot of things. My back problems are starting to reside and I try my hardest not to crack it. Now I think I might be starting an exercise program at home. Maybe squats are in order to start and then biking....
Good to hear that things are getting better though.
Once cracked, it gets inflamed and then I am hurting because of the inflamation. So, by not cracking it, it gives it time to heal (IMO). Why, is there anything else that you would suggest other than surgery?
