Got off work yesterday to find out that my GF's truck that I happen to take to work yesterday was broken into and almost stolen. The got the alarm box taken off and the wires were ready to jump start the truck. But apparently they didn't get to the alarm box in time because it totally disabled the truck so they couldn't drive away. Nothing was stolen but they wanted the rims and tires ($4k work).
The funny part was that it was between 6 AM and 3:30 PM across the street from the Federal Courthouse and less than 100 yards to the Sac County Jail and Courthouse.
They had balls enough to attempt it.

I was very surprised that they did it. The other issue is that there is a ton of bike cops around. You can stand on the corner and see three every 20 minutes. Then there is the mounted policemen on horses that come around every hour.Originally posted by Domsz06 View Post
