Talking about the market crashing I was looking at tons of bank owned houses yesterday for around $300,000. These were 4-5 bedroom houses in socal, and with the feds looking to drop the rate again it might be time to buy a house.....Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. I think you are right G. We bought our house a little over a year ago but have made money on it still. Of coarse, we lowballed them and got the house that we wanted because of the market and then again, the house was already for sale for 9 months before we bought it.Comment
