Well, I do not care about a horse, but I do care that I weighed in last night and I managed to finally start shedding some pounds!
I had been as much as 244-245 recently, but since I have re-doubled the food focus, and have been going to the gym, I weighed last night at 234 and some change...

I have been steadily adding pounds to my resistance training as well, trying to find the real work... I had to double-check with the trainer dude last night, I have added a lot of weight to a few of the exercises, and wanted to make sure I was not going too fast.
He reviewed my chart and said it looked good. No worries, mon....It's not an optical illusion.
