It all depends on what you like. IMO you are missing lots!! there are so many lakes you can board on, that are never busy and you don't pay to use. You can be in the mountains in a day, and plenty of night life and it's so much cheaper to live there.

I would like to have the cash that my spread would be worth any place else...
