I am working today....
Guess what? I am finally heading to the gym today to do the last of my paperwork and eval. After today, I get my pass key, and get to start my exercise regimen.
I am a little nervous, but I am excited too.
Last night I had an opportunity to go to happy hour for a little while. Had two beers, then went home and had two glasses of wine while cooking and eating. I felt guilty!!!! Good habits, are just that, habits. Once you get into them, it is easy, and you feel guilty about breaking stride. I hope the gym is similar.
