We are glad there is rain coming to the Central Valley. Maybe my local pond will become a lake again so I will be able to board this next season.

Well, the weather is colder so the yard won't grow as fast. I guess that is one benefit of the winter season.

At least it stays somewhat pretty there. Rural Oklaoma can be pretty ugly this time of year, dead everything, no green except for the parasitic red cedars...

well last year I mowed once a week during the winter, but I did something wrong this year and it's not growing as well, so to keep it looking good it's once a week. but you can get away with 2 times a month.

In the summer to keep the yard looking good it's every other day, but you can get away with 2 times a week.

and yes I laugh at the "Winter" here too. It's a joke.
