                  I spent $42 on 3/4 thread to 3/4 barb fittings and they will not work. They are national pipe thread NPT, but not stated on website, and will not fit pump. They also have a 1/2 opening which will be way too restrictive.

                  Need to return but thier website is down for maint till the 15th

                  Now I need to find a 1-1/8th barb to 3/4 barb connector.

                        If I could back up, I would go with 1" hose and plumbing fittings, etc, instead of 3/4. With a little heat, the 1" hose will slip over the 3/4 pump threads.

                        Now, I need to come up with a reducer to step down from the pump to the 3/4 hose. This just adds another spot for a potential leak.

                        The cost of these changes would be nominal, and will be much cleaner then a bunch of connectors and reducers.
