I had to get it last night because I am losing track of appointments for my children and me. 
I almost missed an appointment yesterday with my older son and his teacher. I only remembered it because the teacher called me to remind me 60 minutes before the meeting was to take place. I would say appointments will be my downfall.
if i didn't have outlook I would forget my stuff too. That's kind of why I want one as well as I could really use it when I'm in the field, so wouldn't have to always fire up the laptop each morning.
