Went to the lake Saturday a.m. to blow the waterlines out for the winter. I managed to break a fitting of of my water heater. Glad it was an easy fix, and glad for the opportunity to replace it. Seems to have gotten brittle.
It was a SPECTACULAR day on Sunday. Almost cool, but sunny, so the sun was just enough to take you from cool to jsut warm enough. Not a breeze in the air, so the water was a total mirror.
I went out and sat on the dock for a while and just took it all in. Spectacular...It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....Comment

I had to take my truck to the body shop this morning. Spent some time cleaning it out yesterday, and making sure I really had the stuff I needed out of it.
It is amazing to me that I have such a dependence on my vehicle and the stuff in it. Switching vehicles for a coupe of days and moving necessary things, (sunglasses, garage opener, keys, etc.) is a real PITA...It's not an optical illusion.
