It moves like it is alive. First time I saw it I was a little un-nerved... I do not mind eating raw, but the rRavel Channel has that Andrew Zimmern guy who eats live stuff sometimes, and I am not talking swallowing ants.

so i went to radio shack to buy the capacitor, and they only had 220 and 400 and they were not non polar, so I have to go by a stereo shop somewhere

The exact type of cap you are looking for is also typically called a bass blocker in car stero shops, as it is often wired in series with door speakers.
Buy the big one...
