I ran my best work outs sat morning after putting down beer at 6am to go run 12 miles at sub 6 pace at 630

The fastest I have ever run a mile in was 6:05 but that was also running a total of three miles. Finished 3 miles in 18.25 minutes.

I never was much of a runner.

I hate running. My knees are shot because of running. I get that clicking noise once in awhile (depending upon humidity and weather conditions) and have to continue to move them around because they get too stiff. I wish I would have worn better shoes.

I just hope I get to get all of the goodies, but my new house is a 5 bedroom with a pool, so if anyone ever comes to houston look me up. My boat will be at my mom's house on a lift, so she lives down the block so... free place to stay and board!!

well I have to tell my boss this afternoon, and then accept, but unless he counters with what they offered yeah I'm taking it. The house is my mom's old one that I get to fix up for her so she can sell, so free rent is nice, ya know? so if he does counter then it's not a loss
