Reinstalling another operating system on a laptop. My GF's oldest son decided to install a spyware program that wasn't pretty. So, I told him when we bought the laptop for him that if there was anything regarding spyware or virus' that would take me more than 15 minutes to remove, his laptop would be returned to factory settings with the operating system being reinstalled.

I don't have time with ignorance when it's household issues.

AOL sucks and the embed so much crap that it's hard to remove it all. I would suggest other IM software like ICQ or Microsoft's IM.
