High school if free in a sense.... We pay property tax on our house for it..

Yes, public school is free to everyone. People that own property pay property tax semi yearly for the kids to attend public school (elementary, middle school, and high school). College on the other hand is an entirely different story.

Well the St. louis schools are all F**ked up public arent good(atleast my distrct) and private are really expensive
