I got the Razor phone in line so far. There was a red dot by the battery indicating that there was water damage. So, I bleached the dot and it is white now. So, I have to break the phone and make sure it has to be exchanged for a new phone. Any suggestions???

I think cingular is the only company that does that red dot crap. I went in and told them I had water damage and they handed me a card with a phone # to call. No one ever looked at my phone to see if it was broke.
Razors sucks... I dont see why everone likes them, just because they are so thin? Well they are twice as long and wide as other phones.. woohoo.

What other problems will they exchange phones for?
