i think I'm going to convert to the dark side. I have used my friends mac so much I think i'm going to get a powerbook. I love my mom's too, so I think I will.

To each their own. I wouldn't buy one but one of the children in the house wants one. I have already told the GF that I will not support it and he is on his own if he does. I don't need to learn another OS because he wants an Apple..... Just don't have the time.

no i understand that completely, but to me it's second nature. I'm pretty quick on both PC and Mac, and I have the worst luck with viruses. Work hates me, as I pick up so much crap. and the funny thing is I don't do anything. SO... that being said, my aunt hasn't had a virus in 7 years, so I'll give it a whirl.
