Dinner Saturday.... You gotta try this.

I had a couple of pork chops that I thawed Thursday eve and rubbed in Caribbean Jerk seasoning. Then I layed them into a pyrex 9x9 and layed in some whte tequila and fresh lime juice under and around, so to soak up and in.

Sprinkled some liquid smoke on top. Covered and let set until Saturday eve. Open fire grill...

My move is postponed until Thursday...

I will have to make sure I have the necessary cable to position my computer with the back of the screen towards the hall....

smart move there. I hate being in the middle of this room.

Currently sitting in an echoey office staring at an empty desktop and a stack of corrugated cartons....

Well, can't whore a lot today. Have to act like I am working since everyone can see my computer screen. We don't have any cube's right now. We are in one huge room on tables waiting for the entire office to move to another site within the next 2 weeks.

I think I had 3 beers on the 4th and then on the 5th, I had 6-8... Didn't keep track.

I drank a little bit myself this weekend but not to the point that I was a fish. I did go boarding twice this weekend and took a totaly of 4 sets. Working on that W2W and still can't do it. I have one grab though.

I was a pretty sober puppy....

Mixed a batch and stored it in the cooler with some water. Alternated water and Daquiri... Saved a ton of carbs....

That with some Simple brand limeade and some sodium-free seltzer, and you have one lovely Daquiri....
