            Great job! It's hard but a strong person can do it.

            My mother stopped shortly after my grandfather died of cancer. She did it cold turkey also.

              Funny thing was, I was on the way home from the lake, boat in tow, two smokes left in a pack. Everything just felt right, and I enjoyed those two that evening, and then the next morning I had coffee without smoking, and have not lit one since. Cold turkey, but with no patch, no gum, no grumpiness, and now, NO REGRETS!!!

              I have not used an asthma inhaler in over a month; funny how I got healthier....

                It is amazing how thing work sometimes. I remember drinking a lot of soda 15 years ago and was over weight. Stopped drinking soda in the AM and started drinking coffee and lost 30 lbs... Nothing compared to your accomplishment but my hat is off to you for this achievement so far. After a year of non-smoking, I am sure you will feel even better.

                        Nice weekend. Saw the Hoffman girls pulling off some tricks at Englebright Lake near New Bullards Bar.... They are awesome and everyone in the boat were dropping their jaws when they were jumping.... I even got back on the board again while taking it easy but still got some nice air.

                                I had a good time. IT was not what I was expecting, but still good. It Was SO HUGE, I didn't realize it would be that big. It was great to meet xpjim, teamallen and sticky. Had some problems with my tunes, but I did manage to upset one bro
