    It's the acronyms that are a killer... I have learned how to read them and understand them or 3 years now.... so, basically what it is saying is:

    Nathan is tired of his therapy and bored with it. The therapist feels that he is not responding as well because he is bored with it and does not want to do it any more... So this person is suggesting that we stop the therapy and persue speach...
