Here in NC, you have to have proof of insurance before you get a licence so they come in, take out a policy, get there license and then cancel the policy. They are supposed to surrender the license after they drop the policy, but they use a fictitious address

I'm willing to bet that he didn't pay a dime for that boat, hence how he basically gave his old one away. Tige's are going to sell a lot of boats due to how loud they are right from the get go. People are lazy these days and don't want to put forth the effort to make loud themeselves
