so,i'm thinking about buying this sub box off ebay. It's not really special or anything, but it will hold my 2 12's, and it's something I can get in now, and then once I find a builder worth a (*(^*&^_(* I could have him make me a nice plexiglass one.

Question I'm wondering, is what could I seal the MDF with? The Bedliner spray from wallyworld just didn't work as well as I wanted it to. Think just mixing up some fiberglass resin and spreading it all over each side would do the trick, and then putting the carpet back on?

Yep and the liquid form hooks to your hose and you spray the yard....

ok,got it. I'm going to get some now, and spraying it down tonight. I'll mow the lawn real quick then bust out the stereo, looks like it may be time for some night work.
