That is entirely possible. However, his is obsessed.

Got after the grab bar last night... Everything worked out perfect except for one thing......

The Gosh darn grab bar screws did not hold up to the SS nuts that I bought so I shreadded the nuts and the bar.

Shreaded is not the word I wanted to use.... Can't remember the word for the life of me... Anyways, I have to order a new bar and talk with the guy about the bolts that he uses for the bar since the nuts at the local hardware store are smaller than the screws on the bar....

So, I went to Lowes for a quick fix and got some nuts and bolts that would temporarily fix and cover the holes. Too pictures then entire time and everything, yes EVERYTHING, is perfect.

Measure 8 times, cut once.

The funny thing was that my Tige decal on the back of the boat is not centered and it's 1 inch off and I almost drilled a hole that would have made the bar tilted a little. I didn't think that the carport had a slight grade to it. When I drilled the tester hole, I had to drill the final hole 1/2 inch above the tester hole. The washer covers the tester hole.

I had to raise the hole a 1/2 inch because there was a piece of plastic 1X2x4 feet long running along the back of the transom. The initial hole wasn't in the middle of the plastic so I drilled another hole. However, that smell of burning gelcoat doesn't smell niffty.

Well, got the bar in and found out a few other issues but nothing the Dremel drill couldn't solve with sandpaper attached.
