he basically drew up a diagram for mine, But I still don't like it. I mean the amount of running wires and this and that, pluse I don't know what a isolater is/does

Well, you could take it to someone and have them do it and spend the $ to do it..... Just an idea.

and I have to rewire the current batts in parellel so that I can have two batts to start and 4 to run the stereo. Even though I should proably just do 6 for the stereo and 1 to start, but figured 2 two start just in case.

no way, not having someone mess up my boat. I think what I want to do though is make it where on my switch I still have 1, 2, and both, but have my both as my stereo, so that way if for some strange reason one of my start batts die, i still have the back up . Not sure if that's possible.

I don't know.... I am not an electrician.... When it comes to this stuff, I only know the basics....
