For the record, if any of you work out regularly and have to deal with cramps in your muscles, know this:
per ounce, prunes have over twice the potassium that bananas do, 208 mg. per ounce in one unce of prunes, compared to only 101 mg. per ounce of banana...
There is also zero fat per 100 calorie serving, and 3 grams of fiber...It's not an optical illusion.
