ON friday, we took a good look at the RZ2 that we are trying to purchase. We opened the engine compartment and I noticed something we a little different. The way the manifords were installed are installed differently than my 24Ve. I have more room in the back and am 110% sure that I can reach to change the impeller now. However, I just wish I could sell my old boat and get the new one. Like yesterday????

My manifolds come off the engine towards the stern and it is tight in there. Good luck with the whole thing.

Thursday was good, nice to get out. We got a couple of surf runs in.

That is exactly what my 24Ve did. The 07 RZ2's manifolds go towards the bow and leave about 9-12 inches of room from the door base to where the engine starts.
So much easier to gain access to it... I am sure it has been noted in this website before but I didn't realize it....
