      wow, I just saw the link you provided...

      I am not sure what the deal is......

      I will not doubt their website, but the difference between the inboard motor, the towsports motor, and the sterndrive motor is just what is attached to the crank... The motors are the same up to that point. I have been in the plant... a lot...

      Still based on your research, I think you are justified with your selection of motors in the NADA pric guide... Put another way, based on your good research I think you are right and I agee with you!

        Sorry I yelled.

        But uh yeah and also just by looking at the engine I can tell a difference, Its got a closed cooling system.

        They probably have teh ecm reconfigured to offer more low end torque.
