I don't think so. I got two emails from this person. Both emails were from different email accounts but with the same name. I looked into the properties of the email to find out that both emails seemed originate at the same ISP in denver, one of the emails was his work email address, and the last part of this work email address www.theoriedenver.com seems to get to a resturant in Denver. So, not sure but my dealer will find out.

"Hello,

I'm very interested in your boat you have available for sale. I currently have a 07 malibu that is for sale and I have a buyer on that boat. I'm looking for a larger boat that is 23 or 24 feet. I currently have 25,000 cash to put down on the boat and would need the rest to be financed but can not find any bank here that will do it for me since I have to many inquires since I just opened a new business and all the new credit has driven my score down etc. If your willing to finance the rest on a personal note I would be willing to purchase this boat ASAP!

Please let me know if this could be worked out."
